SmartiPi Touch Pro 1/2/3 - Base extension

This 3D printed base extension can be added in between the steel plate and the plastic base on the SmartiPi Touch Pro 1/2/3 to create a cavity for your own components. Four screws are included that attach the plastic base to the brass threaded inserts in the extension. The steel plate is then attached to the extension with the original screws. Pick between 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, and 35mm internal heights. Add power banks, speakers, antennas, etc.. to the cavity inside.

STEP files for 3D printing can be downloaded here. Parts are designed for brass inserts to be heat set into the parts with a soldering iron.  M3 screws are then used to assemble the base to the base extension.
